Family access on 2 devices - XBox & Laptop

Hi - I've seen similar threads but not quite the same so appreciate any help.

I'm a parent and bought Game Pass Ultimate on the family level account. We have an xbox and laptop. The xbox is the home device.

The problem is that my son also wants to play on the laptop. I'm not a gamer so do I need to change the subscription to my son so he can play on both devices or is there a setting that allows him to play on the laptop already when logged in as himself?

If it is a change of subscription owner how do I do that?

Game Pass Ultimate does not share on the PC. Only the account that purchased GPU can use it on a PC. There is no way to transfer a subscription between different accounts.

i have 2 Xboxs in my house and they run on the internet fine until a laptop or iPad starts to access the internet, if your internet connection is below 5mb/s this may be the problem, try playing on Xbox LIVE with all iPod touches/ Laptops/ computers/ and
all other internet connected devices turned off, or disconnected from the internet.

Don't want to beat a dead horse but it's happening to me on all my devices, Laptop, Xbox Music online, Lumia device, Surface.......... And my family members as well. Need the music to get through the day. This is awful.
