Familly system problems in a xbox account

the probleme is when i add a mamber of my familly he say they are already in the familly but i'm not in the familly ( it's the saim mail of account microsoft)

you and your kid use the same Xbox? The your son account is vinculade with your Familly group? Try check in you MS Account in Familly and give the your son all permission with you want give

Have you noticed that problem happening before or after April 10th 2024? I'm on xbox one but I got almost the same issue and it started right after april 10th system update. Before the update everything was recording fine for me. For me resetting the Xbox is not an option because it's the familly's Xbox and I cannot remove others profile

If you set the console as your home xbox , your familly members will be able to play with your ultimate pass access with their own accounts.

There are 2 ways for an account to be seen in the system as a child account.

1. The DOB on the account when it was originally setup. There is no way to change this in the Xbox profile side of things.

2. If it is part of a family as a child account. Even as an adult an account can be added to a family as a child and the system will see it as a child account. You can sign into your account at account.microsoft.com/family and it will tell you if you are
in a family and whether you are an adult or child in the familly. If your account is the only one on the page that means that you are the only member of the family and the account is considered an adult account.
