    Falsely Banned


    I was playing rb6 Siege last night and a guy on the teamed invited us to party so we invited him, 20 invites later from the guy he decides to join us, his name was
    [Mod Removed]soon as he joined the party he was being very toxic about us not joining him, i ask him not to be toxic and then he starts saying he going to rape my family, my friends, he going to set my house on fire and things like that, i
    warned him to stop or i was going to kill him on the game, he didnt stop. I made a joke to my friends in the party and i was expecting
    [Mod Removed]to laugh too, what i said was '[Mod Removed]' i then soon knew i shouldnt of said what i said, j[Mod Removed]and that he is tracking my ip? to find where i live and gas my house and record it. other friend joins the party who
    isnt white and his profile pic is of him, [Mod Removed]saw that and became very abusive to him, the party leader was afp (away from pad) so he couldnt kick him, i reported
    [Mod Removed]to xbox and minutes later i got banned

    My Gamertag is Kyle Foreman X and ive been banned for 7 days

    you can see if you can apply for a case review on enforcement.xbox.com . Remember that even if someone is being toxic if you answer back you might as well get reported and banned.

    Ive done that, one of the questions were 'can you get banned within minutes of being reported?' i put true because it happened to me, the guy told me he reported me, and i had no reports before this because i havent played xbox for like 2 weeks

    If another person gets suspended or not for his online behavior doesn't depend on your report. You are responsible for your own behavior not those of others.

    As long as you reported him the enforcement team will investigate the report and if there was a violation of the code of conduct then they will suspend his account.

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
