    False xbox suspension, no appeal allowed


    hey, i was falsely suspended for my gamer pic violating community guide lines, my so called gamer pic that’s not allowed is a picture of my lips and my hand on my chin, shown here:

    my ban was 28 hours, and i have no option to submit a review even though i am fully positive my gamer pic is appropriate for xbox, is there anything i can do, i had plans to play tonight with friends celebrating my birthday that is on sunday and now i am not able to, and now this enforcement violation will be kept on my profile, this is my second time dealing with a false suspension on an “inappropriate gamer pic” (last time it being just my face) i was able to get the first one removed but i am not sure what i can do this time around. i’ve tried contacting the xbox support and they said they would get back to me in 90 minutes and never did. any help would be appreciated thanks.

    No. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    Unfortunately if there is not an option to submit a case review, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

    okay thank you, is there anyway to have the false suspension removed from my history at least, is there anyone i can contact to get it removed from my enforcement history after the suspension is over?

    Appeal of false suspension. ASAP

    For information about your suspension you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     If it's a 24 hour suspension, it is not eligible for a case review. All you can do is wait it out.

    Unfortunatly all it says was i viloated community guidlines which i dont see how i would have and when i called they said i was reported for something but not what and the site will not allow me to appeal period theres no option and they say no appeals for shortned suspension do it seems i cant do anything but i just want them to beable to look into if this was a false reporting cause noone should be punished for something they didnt do
