False Suspensions

I have got suspended for harassment after i have already got a communication ban 2 days ago, so how in the world could i be possibly harassing anyone? Some one please enlighten me, preferably the XBLPET aka enforcement people.

If you believe the other plays that "verbally abused" you in the party, then there was probably a code violation on their part. If so, then you can report them players selecting their gamertags in recently played players and select the report option. this
will go to the enforcement team and be investigated.

You must sign in there with your account "where the Moderator
Leonzo G says" and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will
show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there would be a link there to click on to file for a
case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

Investigations take time so suspensions are not always issued the same day as the action. So both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks ago.

You can't. A case review is the only way to contact them. If they upheld your suspension, there is nothing else you can do.

 

But you can't directly contact the enforcement team through their website so you've basically just told this guy and the rest of us to shut up and wait for the ban to be lifted, thanks a lot. You do your job really well.
