    False report of Inappropraite content and want to speak to ambassador


    I wish to speak to the enforcement team about a false report and didn't even try investigating on my case review, also to the enforcement ambassador because obviously he cant do his job right! I recently got an account suspension
    for inappropriate content on my account for no reason at all. I dont have a bio and I also dont have an offensive or discriminating profile pic or gamertag so obviously
    some lazy employee that was supposed to handle my case clicked the deny and uphold button. If you truly are about enforcement then you should do your job and not skip out on uplifting false reports like mine. Somebody needs to get fired or my account suspension
    needs to be uplifted. DO YOUR JOB ENFORCMENT TEAM AND QUIT BEING LAZY!!!! If you wish to contact me please messege my gamertag .

    Xbox Ambassadors Who Abuse Status

    As an ambassador you should know that the enforcement team do not use the forums.You should also know that the enforcement team investigate all reports so if someone does file a false report nothing will happen.

    In fact,if someone keeps filing false reports then they run the risk of being suspended for abusing the reporting system.

    If you think someone is abusing the report function or their ambassador status then report them via your console

    Sorry, but there would be no way to have those removed from your account. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time. Since the actions took place over 12 months ago, you would not be able to submit case reviews on those actions.

    You don't have to be an Ambassador to help other people.
    That's true but, it's just that I wanted to be one and the simple fact that someone can just abuse the reporting system like that.

    Ambassadors are just regular forum posters and gamers that have joined the ambassador program to speak for xbox. To report issues, use the features on your xbox dashboard to report and block people. This info is sent to the enforcement teams, where they
    fully investigate all matters. They can't just ban because someone asked them too, sometimes it's not a mod or hack going on, but merely the person playing has a bad internet connection for a moment, and it messes it up. The thought that nothing is done about
    these problems is false, it just takes time, and there's always new trouble makers showing up on the scene.

    Report team needs to do a better job

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for you to be suspended for being "falsely reported"

    I suggest you to follow the instructions of the previous ambassador to check your suspension
