False permanent suspension

As of oct 11th 7:34am I was banned without reasoning, I have submitted an appeal and it was instantly denied. I Have seen that multiple other users are currently having the same issue these past 2 weeks alone. My account has only had 1 strike since the new system and ive been clean ever since. I have no violated nor bypassed xbox's community standards and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone to look into this further. I know for a fact something is going on with the new enforcement system as i am not the only case this has happened to (the most recent that ive seen other than myself being oct 9th) Please can someone get microsoft to look into these or point me in the right direction to get help? Ive had this account since i was a kid and losing almost everything ive loved and worked for including the community of friends has been gut wrenching. I understand bans = forfeit rights to everything but banning clean players without reason AND an instantly denied appeal? Something is going on.

Unfortunately, the only solution is to file a case review/appeal to the Enforcement team and, it seems you have mentioned that your case review has already been denied.

I'm not sure about the attack in the system or an error but no one in this forum or from Microsoft Support is capable of assisting with any enforcement actions as the Xbox enforcement team is an isolated department.

I understand noone is able to help but is there really no solution to this? The number of cases of this exact situation in the past 2 weeks is oddly suspicious and all players including myself were clean. Could this possibly be an attack or system error?

The suspension is permanent does this mean that ive lost $2000+ worth of content because of a false accusation?? im not satisfied woth the way this case is being treated

Yes, I read it and you would have to do something serious to gain a permanent suspension. Enforcement would investigate any report fully. A photoshopped image alone, would not gain a permanent suspension.

We see many "I did nothing" "I was false reported" threads.
