    False Perma ban


    I logged onto my Xbox to find the message "This Xbox is banned from the network". At first, I assumed it was an issue with my internet, so I tried to connect. Then soon I realized that my account had been permabanned. Falsely. I have apparently been engaging in sexual behaviour on the Xbox platform. Now, I have no memory or even want to do anything of the sort. So I do not understand why I have been banned. Microsoft, Please help. I am genuinely stumped as to why I have been banned for something I have not done.

    Permanent Ban for an account with a perfect record!!! Really????

    I'm in the same boat ban last Thursday for calling someone a "gimp" and now a false perma ban that you can't talk to anyone about and all we are being told is the site is down, microsoft sort you [mod removed] out🤦‍♂️

    Also what's stopping people from thinking that XBLET do banned people randomly for no reason and looks like they are extorting people to buy back there false banned account.

    MS should stand 100% at all times with the ET and there perma banned process with documentation at all times. Its there dignity at stake should trouble makers allows to just simply buy there account back.
