    A couple times today I've gotten an error message saying there's a problem with my internet connection. But, if I dismiss it and hit play, the video keeps going with no problems. Not a big deal obviously, just wanted to know if this was a known bug or a
    personal problem.

    "The game couldn't start..."

    I'm getting a "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again" error message. It's popping up for nearly all of my games (discs) and all of my apps (netflix, youtube etc)
    I've cleared the cache, taken out the external hard drive, did a system update. NOTHING IS WORKING!! Any ideas?

    Error code 0x80073cf6 for Netflix

    When I try to launch Netflix I'm getting error code 0x80073cfd. I do not know how to delete and reinstall the Netflix app nor get this error message to go away. Please help

    Method 2: Restart your Xbox One Console and Xbox One
    1) Turn off your Xbox One. 2) Unplug the power cable of your Xbox One console, then press and hold the home button on the console for around 5 seconds to discharge it. 3) Wait for around 1 minute. ... 6) Re-launch Netflix in Xbox

    Hey there LJ Stark,

    Thanks for reaching out here on the Forums for advice on getting back to Netflix. I can definitely understand how this could be disheartening. If you're having all this trouble after reinstalling and hard resetting the console, I suggest trying a soft factory
    reset of said console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Follow the steps here on How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One , select the
    option denoted reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue.

    Error Message 0x80073D05 and Netflix

    Afraid that did not work. I tried it both before and after completing a console update as well (console update worked fine).

    Also, to be clear, the *installation* of Netflix will not complete. I cannot run the app because the installation always stops with 85.10 MB of 85.96 MB completed and then generates the error message I cited above.
