False guideline violation exemption

Xbox has never sent warnings. If they were going to suspend someone, they would just suspend them. The warning has always been the code of conduct you agreed to.

Beta testing is something determined by the game's publishers and those users are usually exempt unless they violate the NDA they sign with the publisher.

@xTye - As has been stated before, even if you receive your game through a legitimate means, there is the possibility of being banned as it does violate the CoC.

As you noted Support and Enforcement are separate. As they are separate, Support, nor anyone in the forums, is able to answer any specific questions about a user's suspension. They can only direct users on where to find information about their suspension.

If you haven't done so, you would have to check your enforcement history at enforcement.xbox.com for any information about the suspension your received, and/or submit a case review if the suspension qualifies.

as above, never ever message anyone who is not on your friends list and know personally, all it takes is a message and thats it.
