    False Feedback


    Hey Enforcement team/other. I have been falsely accused to the point where my status is avoid me. I had a needs work reputation then didn’t play xbox for a couple days went on later and had an avoid me status due to friends falsely reporting me. The past
    10 days I have been away from xbox and my rep stayed the same but people still reported me on day for voice communication on day 10. If that’s not false reports I’m not sure what is. can you guys change it back to Needs work. Thanks

    Flawed Reputation System

    Can someone tell me how feedback and complaints are reviewed and validated? It seems like anybody can file a complaint and ruin someone's reputation level regardless if it's true or false.

    I know for a fact I received false feedback for unsupporting and cheating.

    "No, you can't get your friends to give fake positive feedback to fix your avoid me reputation."

    Surely the system Microsoft have in place to detect false negative reports would be equally as effective in detecting false positives as well?

    Reputation takes into account a wide range of data points, of which community feedback is only one component. The reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other players. There's more information on

    I've got bad player rep because somebody is abusing the system.

    Ok so for 7 years I've not been reported much, then in the last 4 days the whole comintity must hate me. Not sure why, what you said is false by the way on Xbox one there isn't good feedback. It does not exist. Only negative.

    As for the unauthorized access, you can contact support to open an unauthorized access ticket to see what they can find. You can go here for number in your region:

    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?isChatCallAvailable=false     I don't know if they would find anything or not.
