False enforcement notification

I noticed when signing in to the Game Pass app on my phone the other day I was getting a pop up notification that my account has been suspended.

But my account works fine, the Enforcement site says there is no history at all, and I received no other notifications from Microsoft (email, pop up on the console, etc). Here is a screenshot of my Enforcement page:

Since then, I've noticed that the Xbox Assist app on the console, and the Xbox Support website both give me a notification tile that reports a current enforcement action. But clicking on that tile also says I have no suspension history.

So I’m not suspended. And I never have been. Everything on my account works. Yet my phone, my console, and the Xbox support website all tell me there’s an active suspension…and then tell me there isn’t when I click for more info.

And I know that even mentioning Enforcement on the support forums is likely to get a default response of "we can't do anything about Enforcement". But please understand...this is not actually a question about an Enforcement case. Because there is no case! Even if I could contact the Enforcement team, they would say "You have no actions on your account; there's nothing to appeal; it's an app/account problem"

Is there any way to get someone to actually look into why I'm getting false Enforcement notifications?

Well it’s not just the game pass app it’s also on the support page and Xbox assist app (on the Xbox)

No email or Xbox pop up though…

Is it still something to worry about?

As long as it only shows up in the Game Pass app, it's just a glitch. It usually clears itself up after a few days.

No. If you were actually suspended, it would be listed on the enforcement site and you would get a notification when you try to play a game. Since you're not getting those, it's just a glitch.

Thanks for continuing to take the time to reply.

I have taken the steps to rule out a cache problem on all devices:

- I deleted the app and its data from my main phone. Reinstalled, signed in. The notification appears.

- I installed the Game Pass app on a phone that's never had a MS app installed. Signed in, and the notification appears.

- I removed my account from one Xbox console, hard reset it, added my account back, and Xbox Assist still reports the same red tile.

- I logged into the support.xbox.com site using Private Browsing mode on a computer I had not used on an Xbox site before. It still gives me the Enforcement alert on my list of notifications (just as screenshot in my original post)

I am fully convinced there is no cache issue. Do you have other suggestions?
