    False complaint now suspended


    why are complaints never investigated before suspension? My son was playing a racing game, I was watching and listening. Another player demanded my son give him money and when he refused the player reported him for communication and he is now suspended.
    This is unfair. All you have to do is report someone and bam, suspended!

    Player Overly Aggressive and Nonsupporting Filing Complaints On Me?

    One complaint all it takes. If someone that keeps reporting you and if you haven't done anything wrong you don't need to worry. That person who kept filling False Complaints could end up getting Suspended themselves.

    The enforcement team will only ban you if you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. Bans are not based on how many complaints someone files. In fact, they can be suspended for filing false complaints.

    Every complaint is investigated before a suspension is issued. It can also take time for investigations to happen so suspensions are not always issued at the same time as the action. The suspension may actually be for something that took place weeks ago.

    Xbox does look into all cases, so false complaints will not get your son suspended.

    The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive. They will only issue a suspension/ban if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. Otherwise, if they determined they are false complaints and
    the user issuing them does those a lot, they can be suspended for false complaints.

    The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person
    and block them instead of responding. If a person is filing false complaints, they can tell and that person can be suspended for filing too many false complaints.
