False Communication Bans

I don’t understand why I got a communication ban for no reason and Xbox box support can’t help me fight it. I got falsely reported and I was just told “report them back” I didn’t spend over hundreds of dollars on my system to play childish games with Xbox.
I even have evidence of the accusations. If Xbox can'thelp me with a important problem like this then I should just go back to PlayStation because at least I don’t have problems like this. I feel as if their Xbox Enforcment team needs a re-evaluation. I was
also told I have to wait until the ban is done after 24 hours from now. And I was also unable to fight the case on the enforcement page. I feel as if you souldnt have a enforment page if you can’t fight the problem right then and there. It defeats the purpose
of the system.

False Communication Ban

Hi there,

Unfortunately no one in the forums can assist with any suspensions/bans issued by the Enforcement Team. Only an Enforcement Team member can respond and they do not use the forums.

They are only contactable through the case review process at
https://enforcement.xbox.com if the suspension qualifies. Console bans are not eligible for a case review.

 

The reason that enforcement actions that are 24 hours or less can not be reviewed is because by the time the enforcement team reviews the case the suspension would be over.

Even playstation has their rules and suspensions and there is no way to appeal there suspensions no matter what amount of time the suspension was for.
