False Cheating suspension

I have just received a suspension for cheating when I have never done such a thing. I don't use any thing but what my xbox one came with a controller and headset. I would at least like to know what game I supposedly cheated in. Either way I feel that this
should be repealed since I haven't cheated on any of the games I play. Please help

False suspension

If you believe the other plays that "verbally abused" you in the party, then there was probably a code violation on their part. If so, then you can report them players selecting their gamertags in recently played players and select the report option. this
will go to the enforcement team and be investigated.

You must sign in there with your account "where the Moderator
Leonzo G says" and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will
show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there would be a link there to click on to file for a
case review.

A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

Most suspensions or bans are unable to be lifted, as the Enforcement Team knows what they are doing and would never ban for a false reason. There are many people out there who play normally, and are not banned, but you cheated somehow and you are now suspended.
Usually hacking/cheating bans are permanent, so I personally think you should just wait it out.

You can't get suspended from "false reporting", every report gets investigated by the Enforcement team when the suspension is handed.

In the future don't use other gamers gtag in the forums and asking about banning will not work. If you have any suspicions about harassment or cheating just report the person and move on.

The only game I play is Gears of war 4. There are no glitches that allow players to cheat. The only way to cheat is to hack. I have 21 "legitimate" reports made against me for cheating. These reports are clearly false and made by trolls who cant accept a
loss, however it also proves that people can falsely report you for cheating and the reputation system sees the reports as legitimate.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
