    False Bann!!!


    Good evening, is it possible that I can get this account Bann removed.

    My gamer tag is Dotimaru and I was banned wrongly. I was playing a game of rainbow six when I was team killed.

    So I ask the kid and say why. He gave a stupid reason, and then began to say racially charged statements.

    To which I reported. "He was like the this is why people like me get killed" Saying stuff like I'm not a jew and mad racist statements. I took the time out and report even message he sent my that was offensive including swear words and I'm the one that got banned.

    The some of the messages was removed but not all I have proof. Next thing I knew I'm banned for a month unable to talk in parties, or play on line games. When I was just reporting each message for what thought is was appropriate to report it for.

    And finally gold isn't cheap a brother spent mad money on gold. Up to my last dimes to have my gold wasted on a banned. That shouldn't be. and the kid who made all those statement is playing online rightnow. His gamertag [mod removed]

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    It's a false suspension. So is that what we are doing here? I got banned for reporting a spamming troll.

    Spamming profanities and racially charged statements.

    You don't receive money back for suspensions. It's a punishment for a reason. Sony has similar rules and would also not compensate for being suspended.

    And this month Bann will I be receiving my money back because I'm almost certain that Sony wouldn't have banned me.
