    False Ban


    I need your guys help because I was reported by this guy name Jansen Edwards his gamer tag is v King Mercs v he’s a booter like he get people ips and boots them offline so him and his group of friends was in party and they all reported me the only reason
    why I knew this because my close friend told me that his name is Marco Gerena his gamer tag is Trash mD he told me that he didn’t all this reporting stuff so yesterday and friends was sitting in party and I went to the kitchento and kitchen when i came bk
    i was console Banned and i didn't do nothing wrong please helpFalse Ban :(

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    False Ban?

    So i got on xbox and when i got on it says banned for two weeks, all ive been doing is playing bo2 with friends from school, this happened about three weeks ago but for 2 days, can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support
