    False Ban With no Help


    I was simply playing minecraft with my friends and i decided to take a nap and when i woke up i see that i was perm banned for no reason and i tried to tell support but they apparently cant help and cant tell enforcement about this. i lost thousands of dollars and i tried using the appeal method and they insta denied me and i tried calling and xbox support hung up automatically. I would love if any of you guys can help me fix this problem

    Be aware, that whenever someone reports you on Xbox Live, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report. In your case it would be the message you sent.

    That report along with the evidence is then reviewed by a real human being, and if you really didn't do anything violating the Code of Conduct, you will not be banned.

    So if you think your ban is unjustified, you need to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     and depending on how long the suspension lasts (it has to be longer than 24 hours), you can file a Case Review.

    That case review is then again read by a human being, and they will then review the evidence from the original report with your information from the case review.

    If you could provide evidence that the suspension was unjustified, they can then un-suspend you.
