False ban still got upheld.

You say 'Still got Upheld', in your post title, so if you have already visited the Enforcement website and had a case review for this suspension, am afraid you cannot have another
for the same infraction. XBLPets decsions are final am afraid.

In case we have misunderstood you and you havent yet asked for a review for this issue, you can still visit the enforcement site and ask them to review your case.

I was banned on my account for accusations of Soliciting sales of my account, i have never tried to sell my account, nor is there any proof of me doing so, they banned me while i was on vacation, and wont let me log back in, i have well over $600
of stuff on this account, all i want is to play my games, is there any way i can get my case reviewed? I need my account back.

By chance while you were on vacation did anyone else have access to your account?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums, as previously mentioned by our ambassador's. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement websitefor all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case reviewfrom
the same website.This is how you communicate with the enforcement team and it's the only way.

If you have already created a case review and it was upheld, you will not be able to submit another case review.

The Enforcement Team does not monitor the forums and if they upheld the decision then you will have to wait out the ban.
