    False ban?!? Random ban


    Recently I just woke up to get on my Xbox one and had a communication ban for a week . I have no idea what I have done but I was wondering if I can get an explanation of why I got this random ban besides just saying I violated Xbox code of conduct or whatever
    when I was offline. Account -

    Do not know why but my console is banned from talking or playing online games till july 23rd yet i have not done anything wrong i have 4 bans on my account all last year none more none less and people report me for cheating and voice yet i do not talk to
    anybody and some people false report me ,i do not know on this account and i even made it to were im able to talk to only friends i dont know what i did wrong but ill not do it again i guess

    False Suspention

    funny part is they also on request wont or cant show proof of what your ban is for they send back some bs excuse and move on im sick of the random weak bans they hand out i have reported an unholy number of game destroying trolls and get nothing done about
    it but get banned in a heart beat about trash talking by some weak minded person who gets there little feelings hurt over words so done with Microsoft and there weak over rated systems

    There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.

    i got false banned because i checked the history thing and it wasnt there the thing wasnt there and it used to say permanent device ban but i checked the history again and it was gone so i was false banned???

    So I was reported for Dosing someone during a game and I didn’t do any such thing will I get banned?

    Enforcement will check and if they find what they say is true then I guess you get banned if what they say is false they may get banned for false accusation
