    False ban from xbox live


    Hello I was falsely ban from xbox live. Im guessing it was from th report bug. The ban happened on March 3rd 2022 for cheating. All my account were clean. All accounts on that console were ban along with 2 consoles ban from xbox live network. Accounts that I havent used in years were also banned. I feel this was a false ban.

    you only get one chance for a review, they don't exactly say what the ban was for just a generalised response so people cannot get around the bans in future.

    if they upheld a hardware ban then they have proof. and as you agreed to the terms of use each and every time you sign in then there is not much you can do.

    there is no other way to contact them, support cannot and are not allowed to assist.

    Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

    That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support

    Do if I can't sign in enforcement page or see my history how supposed case review just won't sign in on there even though should be signed in automatically to any page on xb from edge ,

    I have same drama , I never get reason for ban , never lets case review or sign in view history just banned six days , when do not even do party's or game chat , only thing think did was wrong was say xb assist service is turd
