False ban from Xbox live

Hi!

It seems like I have gotten a false ban from Xbox Live and Im unable to submit an appeal, as the enforcement system doesn't even give me an option to do so.

The comment was "cut yourself bangs" and my guess would be that the system didn't detect the part about bangs, which changes the tone of the conversation from hair to something that obviously violates the community rules and standards.

Is there a way to submit an appeal through any other way than in the enforcement page?

Seriously bout to switch to PC or PS just because this def isnt the first false ban I've gotten 🙃

If you are not eligible for an appeal then there is nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

Whether the ban was false or not false, you will need to appeal any bans (if available to appeal) at the Enforcement website:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

That is the only place that bans can be appealed...no-one on here can help nor can customer support

Hello, sorry to hear that your friend has been falsely banned due to false reporting. The next step would be to appeal againgst the ban and you should do this by contacting Xbox Enforcement team directly as they do not use the forums to communicate. Remember
to provide as much information as possible to support your case, as this will help you achieve the best possible outcome for your appeal. If the banned person wasn't rude, impolite or abusive towards anyone else while playing on xbox then the chances are that
