    I just recently got banned for no reason and I also got a console ban. Does that mean I can't play online games until my ban is over or is permanent, when I log in to my account it says I have punishments that are LIMITED.

    MY CONSOLE WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON!!!!

    I was told earlier by a rep over the phone that if a console ban is deemed false or a mistake that they can reverse the console ban.

    Recover my gamer tag help.

    If your GamerTag was banned, recovering it won't restore services. If your console was banned, recovering the GamerTag on the new console should be OK. If you were banned for using false MS Points, I'd imagine it was a GamerTag ban.
