    I recently pre-ordered watch dogs legion it came out today.

    I got a message from Xbox live stating I got the season pass for watch dog legion for pre-ordering. Then I clicked it and It said I had to buy it when it clearly stated it was
    free. I was wondering if anyone could help.

    If he didn't do anything wrong, then he''ll be fine. But filing false reports can bring suspension to your account. I advise not doing this anymore.

    The above link will show the support number for your region, as long as you have this set up correctly on the website (bottom left).

    They can advise and hopefully begin the process of recovering your account details. However, support can not reset passwords over the phone.
