    Threshold for false advertising/marketing

    Saying in interviews etc that you are aiming for 1080p (as I'd imagine they are) =/= false advertising. If it's all over banners/advertising material then it is. Most advertising material doesn't mention resolution/framerate therefore there is no false advertising.

    What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.
