    Hallo zusammen,

    Ich habe leider im Xbox Store ein falsches Produkt gekauft, das auch noch nicht erschienen ist. Wie ich kann ich die Bestellung stornieren ? Bei meiner Bestellhistorie gibt es keinen Button Stornieren oder Zurückgeben ?

    Ich habe den Just Cause 4 Expansion Pass gekauft, obwohl ich die Extras kaufen wollte.

    Habe ich da noch eine Chance auf eine Rückgabe ? Wie kann ich das machen ?

    Unfortunately, the refund via the web form is not. When I submit the request on the last page comes a message that the page was not found.

    Why is it so complicated to reach the support?

    I'm sorry to hear that the refund webform didn't work. First of all I do want to apologize that this has been such a hassle. In this case I suggest to contact Live Support for further assistance.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks,pick the category
    (Payment& billing) and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    If you'd like to cancel the order & the payment has not yet gone through, then I recommend following the instructions contained in the following support article for best results: Cancel

    . Should the payment have already gone through and this is an Xbox related item, you may request a refund for the purchase so long it has not been used. I further recommend our support article entitled Request
