    Fallout Shelter Redeem Screen not Loading


    I have made an in-game purchase in Fallout Shelter, and my account has been charged. However, when I go to the Redeem tab in the shop in the game, I just get a loading screen that goes forever until I exit out of the game.

    If I click on the same item in the shop to try to purchase again, I get a screen saying I already own the item.

    XBF Zineb F, we have all tried these suggestions but none of them work. Please fix this issue. It’s causing a serious problem and I can’t even receive a refund. From either sides of the story. This is getting out of hand.

    I have the same issue. I left the game on for upwards of 20 minutes on the loading-redeem-codes screen and got nothing but wasted time for it.

    If it’s a matter with my end I would not be upset, but given the 40+ individuals who are experiencing the same issue, I doubt that that is the case.

    This is frankly ridiculous and unnerving how little Information or response is given in reply from the questions or comments posted.

    I would ask you to please respond with at least another suggestion, or if you do not have an answer, have someone who might respond, with way to fix my issue or refund my product, as the delivery of the product I already payed for is inaccessible.

    Would that work on a laptop?

    So basically, if I download FS on a PC, the redeem works there and I can log into my account and get what I paid for? I'm just trying to make sure I have it correct.
