Fallout NV GOTY DLC Not loading anymore

Dear Xbox Forums,

About 3-4 months ago I purchased the 2 disc xbox 360 & xbox one compatible Fallout New Vegas GOTY Edition. I played it until mid October, then I stopped playing. Today, I attempted to play again, but there were several problems.

1: Upon game launch there was a "disconnect from xbox live" tag on the top of the screen.

2: When I tried to load a save, the xbox told me that I needed to log into an xbox 360 account. I tried to log into my previously made one from when I started playing FONV on this xbox one. It told me that I needed to redownload the account, so I did, and
now it works fine.

3: Now that that problem was fixed, I tried to start up the game again, and Instead of loading, it told me that the save game I tried to load had unsupported DLC inside of it, and it asked if I wanted to load the save minus that DLC. It did not tell me what
DLC, so I canceled loading the game.

4: I went to the DLC tab of FONV and discovered that I had none of my DLC anymore and that it was asking me to buy the DLC from the xbox store. After attempting to redownload the DLC 3 times, I gave up and now I am here, making this post.

My xbox one is first generation (bought during xbox one launch week), has enough storage space (119 GB free), and has not (until now) had any problems loading nor playing games. I should also add that my Fallout 4 has been acting up recently, so these 2
events may be connected somehow. The Fallout 4 issue is that when I play, it works fine, and I save my game frequently, but when I leave the game and come back some other day, all the saves are gone from my last play session.

What Should I get

Fallout NV was GOTY last year for me i think or one of. Great game, if the DLC is good it could be better than 3. Worth a ten bob note.

I usually get everything on the first version and never wait to get the GOTY edition. Only because most DLCs for most games I can live without. The only games that have come out with DLC that I feel I need have been Fallout 3, Fallout NV and Red Dead Redemption. Since I own both Fallouts on the PC, and are much better for the PC, I just got the DLC for my PC. RDR, however, is the only game that I have gotten DLC for and I don't regret it, its DLC was spot on. The only other DLC I've been thinking of getting is for GTA IV but at this point I think I will wait for the GOTY version...if it ever comes out.
