Fallout New Vegas wont install nor will dlc

i put in disc it wont read it also says i own dlc but wont download

nerd war lol just kidding, why is everyone fighting about the stupid aliens, fallout new vegas dlc is long gone and the next game wont be in new vegas , mabey new york, chicago, arizona, new mexico and colorado, one of those.

• Fallout: New Vegas: In order for you to access the DLC included with the Game of the Year disc edition, you will need to use disc 2. Disc 2 will includes the full game as well as the included DLC. Disc 1 only includes the base game

still does not work error code 0x8082000c

 

Also getting error code 0x8082000c on both disks.

 

I own the original game and can't get it to install on my xbox one. UPC 093155129023

It just says "This game isn't playable here"...
