Fallout new Vegas log in error

Whenever I log into fallout new Vegas it tries to make me download a profile, a profile that dose not exist since it was the email and a password with 6-16 characters in it, what should I do?

Are you able to access your email from there?

In new vegas it wants your email and password (A password from 360 days)

Does it not give you the option to insert login details instead?

Unfortunately no, here’s the exact issue, you enter the game, it says press start, I do that, and it brings me up to a thing that says download profile, I don’t have the option to select mine, keep in mind new Vegas is a 360 game
