Fallout New Vegas DLC problem

Morning.

I wanted to buy Fallout New Vegas due to increased rumours about it hitting BC soon. So, lo and behold, went to my local marketplace (Brazil) and tried checking for the DLC, only to see that just Honest Hearts and Dead Money are being offered out of 5 DLCs.
Then i checked every other marketplace and they all have the five DLCs, but the reason brazil doesn't is because they're in english.
But i don't care if they're in english, i just want to buy them. Why the hell the marketplace gets to decide which language i want my content or not when every other marketplace (case in point, argentina - our neighboors) can buy them with no problem?
And the language excuse can't even be used because Honest Hearts is being offered in
spanish.

This is absurd. Please don't tell me i need a freaking Playstation 3 to buy and play New Vegas and all its DLCs on a console. For what reason is this arbitrary restriction of only three DLCs out of a game that is on our region just fine even a thing?
Why can't i buy it in english when literally everywhere else in the world can? And don't try to use our local laws as an excuse because it's *** and i know enough of my job to prove it.


Seriously, i just want to buy a game (with money! yes, not asking for free, i'll pay!) and all it's dlc and not only two because you guys think i can't understand english enough so you graciously removed the option from me. Or maybe i have to kneel and beg
just so i can make a purchase? An answer would be appreciated. Sorry for the harsh tone but this issue is seriously infuriating.

Hi there, if the content is not available on the Xbox Live Marketplace in your region then unfortunately that's the way it is, I can only suggest looking for a physical Game of the Year edition that is compatible in your region.

Why even sell some of the DLC but not all then? Why people in Argentina, literally a 20min trip from where i live, can buy all the DLCs just fine? Why we can't buy DLCs because they're in english but a spanish DLC is allowed? What if i buy a GOTY Edition
and "it's not compatible" with my region, how am i even supposed to know?

Sorry, i know it's not your fault and sorry if it sounds like i'm venting at you, it's just a general rant, but try looking from my viewpoint. This makes no *** sense. It's not like i'm asking for a game that is not on our marketplace. We can buy New Vegas
here. We can buy the first DLC and the third (in spanish). But not the rest. Why? At least i wanted an answer. Not "welp that's how it is". Why it is this way then?
