Fallout New Vegas DLC Issues

I recently started re-downloading all of my old FNV DLC onto my XB1 after I entered my physical copy of New Vegas onto my XB1. Curiously, I was able to download all of my old DLCs onto the XB1 save for one, Dead Money, the first of the DLCs. This is strange,
because like I said-- I was able to download every other DLC. Just for kicks I went on my 360 to check and see, and the DLC was still there in my hard drive, and respective saves that worked with that DLC on New Vegas.

This honestly leaves me stumped. I may have had a different profile when I downloaded the DLC, but certainly not a different account. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated, because I would hate to pay the $10 again for a six year old DLC
that I already have.

Ok strange thing going on with the dlc in new vegas,I dont have the special 2 disc copy,just the one disc,and I purchased all the dlc over time.anyway my issues were are still are,1 it said I had to rebuy all the dlc,and then it refuses to load said dlc
after I downloaded them.no clue what the issue is.help if possible please.

 

on your xb1 go to your app and games and uninstall the game , put disc 2 into your xb1 and it will install all your dlc and the game, then put disc 1 into your console and play the game. it will have everything if you have the 2 disc ultimate edition.

 

ok so I have the same problem but just for 360 dead money just won't load or even show that I have it I've made new saves and uninstalled and nothing works.
