FALLOUT NEW VEGAS DLC- CANNOT CHANGE LANGUAGE OR GET MY MONEY BACK

Got the game in the start of the week, fallout new vegas dlc Honest Hearts (spanish), did not have time to play it until now and i was trying to see if i could change the language since i got the game in spanish, i live in brazil
but contrary to popular belief it is not our language, to my surprise i found out i could not and was stuck with a game in a language i know next to nothing about and no way to get an english version, i contacted the support chat and it gave me no solutions,
only stating that for a refund i would have to have contacted them in a 5 days limit, and since i was 7 days with the game i had no way of getting a language change or a refund, now in the legislation of my country a buyer that goes through any kind of unpersonal
shopping like internet, phone etc has at least 7 days before the buyer can cancel the contract between the parties and get the money back, and if the company delays action the deadline gets moved foward until the company takes act on it.

What i ask is either a solution or my money back that is my right according to the laws of the country i made the purchase in, and i also state that in no moment was i explicity informed that the idiom of the product was final with no way of changing it
when i was in the middle of my purchase, nor the 5 days limit imposed by some system lockdown as was explained to me by the support chat operator

Fallout: New Vegas DLC

Fallout New Vegas Backward Compatibility

I noticed on the backward compatibility lists that Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas were available titles, so I purchased disc versions of both and installed them.

I had no issues with Fallout 3 (though the audio is slightly crackly on the game start screen).

With Fallout New Vegas however, I cannot use the DLC that came with the discs. When I check for available content I get taken to the microsoft store where it lists the DLC with dollar values.

Note that I am using "Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition" (VFD 61576) and that includes all the DLC on the disc, nothing required to purchase.

I installed the GOTY edition of Fallout 3 and it had all of its DLC present and working and never took me to the microsoft store and asked for money.

How do I access the DLC that I purchased when I purchased the game please? I do not consider repurchasing the DLC from the microsoft store to be an acceptable solution.

 

Sorry to hear it. All refund requests must be handled via support as you have already done. If they've denied your request I'm afraid there's not much that can be done.
