    Fallout 76 Not Updating (Windows 10 Xbox Console Companion)


    There was a new update to Fallout 76 which my Windows 10 Xbox Console Companion automatically began updating, then it has completely stopped updating at 44% updating, when I try to manually restart or resume the update, it does not continue updating and sets it self back to "paused." Please let me know if you are aware of a solution..

    Thanks for your post. I understand your games, Fallout 76 and Rainbow Six Siege are not playing audio when launched. Do you mind clarifying which platform you are on(Windows 10 or Xbox One)? If you are on the Xbox One, you may want to try power-cycling,

    i downloaded the fallout 76 xbox game from game pass and launched in it in xbox companion on on my pc. It launches to the load screen but when i select play it gives me the profile privileges message.

    Xbox console companion along with the rest of windows eight was discontinued earlier this year and will no longer receive updates. Since the launch of Windows 10 you've been supposed to use the Xbox app built into Windows for streaming

    How can I uninstall the XBox App? I am looking for my memory space on my laptop.

    If you are using the latest version of Windows 10 (may 2019 1903 update), you right click the Xbox app/Console companion and select uninstall. Earlier versions of Windows 10 will not let you uninstall the app.
