    Fallout 76 No reigon ping Error on xbox series X


    I am trying to play fallout 76 on my XBOX SERIES X but I cant because it says "Vault-Tec engineers are hard at work getting out servers back online!" (NoReigonPing) [1:5:1], I've tried over and over and it still wont let me sign in, I've checked the xbox live status and everything is green (up and running) and I've also checked the Bethesda's website for fallout 76 server issues and they are up and running also with no problems. It works on cloud gaming on my android but not on my xbox. (It wont let me play in the cloud on my xbox either it wont even try to load it just closes out) also tried uninstalling but now it wont even let me Reinstall it at all. I've looked this problem up and every single topic says something about pc pc pc pc, but no I'm not on pc I'm on XBOX SERIES X. What do I do to fix this?

    I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

    Hope you're doing great today No1inpaticular

    Please answer the following questions :

    Are you receiving an error when you try to install the game again?
    Or the download simply doesn't start?
    Which region do you have selected on your Xbox Console?
    If you try downloading another game, works flawlessly?

    In the meantime try this to see if it do the trick:
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also, disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes and try again once everything is up and running

    That's strange, buddy please try changing your DNS first:

    go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

    Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
    When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

    Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

    ------

    If the issue persists, please try connecting your console momentarily to another wifi network
    (If you're able to do it, share mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way)

    Answer to the first question, I do not receive an error it just doesn't start.

    Answer to the second, my region is set to eastern time

    Answer to the third I find that none of my other games are launching or installing either.

    I tried the thing you told me to do and I am still having the same issues.

    Thank you for replying, the situation is now resolved, it turned out to be an issue with my router settings. I appreciate your help.
