Fallout 4 won't update

Hi there. My Fallout 4 will not update beyond 1.10.0.19. I have followed a previous thread on this issue that offered some ideas, but none of those worked for the other user nor for myself.

The purpose of this isn't really to ask for troubleshooting options, as I have exhausted what I can do on my end short of buying a new console in hopes that one game will update correctly. I'm mostly just here to add another account of this issue.

The only thing I can add that might help is that in the previous thread, the user mentioned that it might be some kind of regional issue. He mentioned he lived in Florida and had Spectrum. I live in Texas but also have Spectrum. Hopefully that's an avenue to pursue.

I hope this issue gets resolved. It makes one of my favorite games unplayable. I own a Playstation 4 as well, but I prefer to play anything that isn't Playstation exclusive on Xbox since the original consoles. This will likely remain my preference in the future, but this issue has left me very concerned.

From there I see 1.10.163, like yours. Which is something I guess. But then what is 1.34? The changelog says xbox should have it

I will install this game on the console and see if I have the same version

*sigh. Well alright then. I guess the game is just a buggy mess no matter what version I have lol. I guess I'll just retire it.

Yeah, that version number doesn't exist on any changelogs I've seen anywhere. But I followed a thread from right here with this exact issue and exact version number.

I did everything the adviser told the user to do including contacting Bethesda. Who said something about a regional support issue. Reinstalling, deleting caches, deleting saves (local and cloud), resetting MAC, resetting Xbox. Always says it's version 1.10.0.19 (which again, I've never seen anywhere).

Well... Any idea what the cause is? That version... Sucks. You can mod it a bit to help but eventually the game breaks. With or without mods, I haven't been able to get very far before it breaks.
