    Fallout 4 won't load


    There use to be customers phone support that was always helpful. So far I have spent hours running into brick walls trying to contact a voice help.I have a level 243 character with a few thousand hours in this game. Am not happy that it appears gone. I understand
    that it may be in the cloud, but heres the thing I cannot find a way to access the cloud.I have a 2 terabyte memory but I used to get no memory messages when I tried to play.

    Game downloaded by code won't play

    Same here. I downloaded Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 and the was code was accepted. However the game won't load, displaying that if I own the game or no and I should insert the disc. The code that came with the message was Ox803f8001 but no matter
    how much I try, the game won't load.

    I moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you. Now, I would like to clarify a few things so we can further assist. It appears that there’s been trouble loading your character from the cloud? Would
    this be on an Xbox console? Also, have you received any kind of error messages or

    error codes?     If you would be able to let us know if you’ve done anything to troubleshoot this as well would be great.

    Hello I have an xbox one. I spent 2 or 3 more hours tonight following web resources on trying to access the cloud and storage through my xbox consol. Trying different sites and views only get up to the edge tantalizingly close but no cigar.At 75 years of age
    I am ready to give up. Thanx for your reply.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Don't give up just yet, gamer! Fallout 4 won't load :D

    Since you're on an Xbox One, as long as you are connected to the internet and the Xbox live servers, your saves get uploaded to the cloud. You may wish to try our

    Xbox One cloud game saves FAQ     or another support article about the
    storage in the cloud     that will better explain the cloud and offer you solutions for recovering your game saves for Fallout 4.

    Hey Leslie , Amber I did spend a bit of time on the sites that were sent. I still could not find a solution.I admit that I am a not computer savvy and am hesitant to jump in and botch up a situation and make situation worse. I do appreciate your help,
    however I am still not making any progress. Old guy stuck in a quagmire. ☺☺ By the way my name is Alex.

    We did change some stuff around mainly the way to get in contact with our Xbox Support Specialists. Before the customers could call in and get us, the new way is to
    Request A Callback from us and we reach out to the customers. Follow the link but when it asks if you want to speak to the virtual agent say no. Then schedule
    a callback and we will be more than glad to assist in this matter to get you back up and gaming!!

    You should be able to access your cloud saves if you are logged into your XBox Live Account. I believe that you may also need an active Gold subscription.

    You should be able to access your cloud saves if you are logged into your XBox Live Account. I believe that you may also need an active Gold subscription.
