    Fallout 4 Update Broke The Game


    Installed the new update this morning. Now the game just freezes at the start menu. Tried uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling it but it just freezes at the start menu. Game won't allow you to play without installing the update. Anybody else
    having this problem?

    New update for Fallout 4 has changed peoples load order's as well as skyrim load order's

    Please FIX problem 08, 2017 update for Fallout 4/ creation club mods, have changed load order's for Fallout 4 and Skyrim there weren't any problems with Fallout 4 or Skyrim until this update!!! The UFO4P for Fallout 4 is suppose to be at very top of mod
    order but is now in 4th place from top, witch is causing Issues with game!

    Have you tried doing a power cycle on the console and trying again?

    I had issue's with the pc version after it was patched, turned out to be My last 4 saves were corrupt.

    Luckily my console is off. I'm going to research the issue.

    I haven't tried the power cycle on the console. I will try that as soon as I get home from work. Hopefully that fixes it. Funny thing is I've been looking all over online and I haven't even seen any news about the update being released. Just that it's
    supposed to be this week.

    Yup, can confirm the update broke my Fallout 4. Mine never makes it past the "Please Stand By" screen. Terrible- the game went from amazing with some minor bugs to unplayable in the matter of a 5 minute update.. Fallout 4 Update Broke The Game :((((

    Officially disconnecting the internet from my console until this is solved. I WILL NOT LET THIS UPDATE MUCK UP MY PROGRESS! MY SETTLERS ARE DEPENDING ON ME!

    Good call Mantis... I'm about to try reinstalling as it seems to have worked for some folks- gonna be extremely *** if I lose 8 days worth of progress

    Been on the Bethesda forums and I am seeing other people with similar problems since downloading the update. Hopefully they will come up with a fix for this soon.

    Apparently the vendor glitch to sell back unlimited ammo is unfortunately patched. I just happened to be browsing another forum about it. I'm not sure if any of you used it, but it was really convenient, especially for those of us that only have a teensy
    bit of time during our week to game.
