Fallout 4 Ready to Install....Except I don't remember ever purchasing it or console sharing.

Hi,

So today, I went to the Games With Gold tab to browse the games they have for this month, and I saw that there were some Deals with Gold games, and one of the games present was Fallout 4, and underneath Fallout 4, it said "Owned." However, I don't remember
ever purchasing the game, console sharing with anybody (from my knowledge), and no one (from my knowledge) has used my Xbox One when I'm not around. In fact, the only acocunt on my Xbox One is my account. The only explanation I can think of is that someone
must have found out my log in information and used it to buy the game under my account. Although, I'm not sure who would do that because I haven't given my Xbox log in info to anyone. Although, there is a weird thing that happened to me a few times in which
I entered in the password exactly how I had wrote it down, and Xbox said it was wrong. Obviously, someone must have my log-in info, and is using it to mess with me or something. I've been able to recover my account by resetting the password (I have my phone
number connected to the account, and so far, the phone number has not been changed, and I'm glad that that is the case). Maybe the person logged into my account again, or they logged into my account a while ago, and bought the game. However, I noticed today
that it said I owned the game, and yesterday I was going through my owned games, and I did not see Fallout 4 there at ALL under "ready to install," so someone who somehow has my log-in info bought that game between yesterday after I logged off until today
when I saw that I had owned the game (not sure how long I have "owned" the game). However, if that is the case, i was able to log in fine, because my password wasn't changed, and it seems kinda weird that it wasn't changed if it was indeed logged into by someone
who I don;t know

it appears you have got it right, I can see the game under ready to install on my son's account. I don't remember purchasing it there, but nevertheless it is there. Thanks for the help.

 

Fallout 3 code, with purchase of fallout 4.

I purchased fallout 4 through my console, I only installed the fallout 4, because I did not have enough space to install fallout 3, I went and bought an external hard drive, but now my message from Xbox with the code is gone. I believe that I purchased the
game a day or 2 before fallout 4 was released, and I didn't write the code down cause I figured I would just retrieve it when I was ready.

 

It's a free play weekend for the game so it'll show up as ready to install.
