    Would you log into commerce.microsoft.com on this account and find the pre-order date you had done for Fallout 4, please? Send me a screenshot of just that purchase so that I can look into this further. You will

    I can not seem to find it on the purchase history but when i look the game up on the store it says that i have already purchased it on launchday

    Sorry for the delay on getting back to your, Halo. Last week was crazy! However, thanks to Beep for jumping in to help you out.

    I know you said you preordered through the store, but did you happen to get a code from a retailer like GameStop that would have marked your game as pre-ordered through the store? This would explain your purchase date of launch day, as well the inability
    to find it on the commerce site.
