    Bonjour tous,

    Voil mon problème, ce matin j'ai décidé d'achever une quête (retour au bercail), lorsqu'au moment de sauvegarder un message est apparu (vague souvenir car très énervé alors excusez moi si cela n'est pas correctement rédigé): " Vos sauvegardes ont rencontrés
    un problème, afin que cela ne se reproduise plus merci d'effectuer la procédure suivante:

    Allez dans Paramètres-Système-Stockage-Effacez les jeux locaux enregistrés.

    Lors de votre prochaine connexion sur XboxLive vous retrouverez vos sauvegardes"...

    N'étant pas un crack dans le domaine j'ai suivi la procédure et hop, j'ai tout perdu.

    J'ai contacté Bethesda et ouvert un ticket d'incident dans lequel j'explique la situation, et ils me donnent une procédure suivre.

    Pas de bol, cela ne fonctionne pas, que faire pour retrouver mon lvl52 svp???

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you have run into these issues with your Game Saves. Do you play your console offline or are you always playing while connected to a network? If you are connected to the internet when launching the game it should Sync your account with the
    Cloud Saves and recover your saves. However if you are offline then when you did go in to clear your local saved games you basically wiped out those game saves with nothing backed up to the cloud storage.

    Also, if the troubleshooting provided by BETHESDA has not worked I would advise you respond to them with an update to see if they are able to provide more assistance with the lost saves, Hopefully they are not lost.
