  1. fallout 4 for 10$ credit

Hi , like everyone else i received a message saying i will receive 10$ credit because of the fallout 4 thing last night and they are revoking the licence, but however legally they can not do this as it is a clear violation of their agreement that states
"all sales are final" and i agreed to purchase the product at the stated price at the time. If it was not the price they wanted it it the sellers not the consumers issue and legally they can only withdraw the licence and provide a 10% credit in return can
only be done if the other party involved agrees to the new exchange. If the other party does not agree this is highly illegal as the the provider of the content in question is refusing to provide the product the consumer purchased and already received at the
legally agreed and i emphasize legally (so any pricing errors is their own doing not the consumer ) stated price and legally binding agreement.

    :)

  3. Fallout 4 did not receive credit

Support told me to try and get this resolved on the forums. I never received the $10 credit for downloading fallout 4 for free. I was told that someone might be able to give me my compensation. Can that happen?

    Actually they can do this.

    This is from the ToU:

2.5. What limitations apply to my access and use of Microsoft and third-party content? We may disable access to Microsoft and third-party content associated with your account for any reason. We may also remove or disable games, applications, content, or
Services on your Authorized Device in order to protect the Services, application providers, network operators or any other affected or potentially affected parties.

Yes it was a mistake but at the end of the day you must of known it wasn't right.

I think it's good of them to give you some xbox live credit.

  6. It is still not right. You don't buy food at the store at a mismarked price, get it home., then have the manager arrive at your house and smack it out of your hand as you are gonna eat it with the excuse "that price was a mistake, have a coupon." We did
nothing wrong. We downloaded the game at the price advertised on the site and had it installed on our console. To then be denied our usage unfairly is a disgusting move. Microsoft should hold themselves responsible instead of making their userbase do it. Poor
practice to hide behind their Terms of Use. It just means they don't need to worry about quality control when it comes to more slips like that because "oh sorry our ToU lets us take away what you got". It is slimy and disgusting. I do not care about the game,
I care about the idea and the idea that Microsoft is taking this route when they are already behind the competition makes me lose faoth in the integrity of the company.

  7. The issue with your post Daft Badger is that MS defines content as stuff like recordings and pictures and such, as stated in their tearms of use and such which is why games and applications are listed further into the paragraph. I fail to see how disabling
access to our game is to protect any "Services, application providers, network operators or any other affected or potentially affected parties." So how are they in the right?

    New Fallout 3 Code

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

    Date of purchase: 11/22/2015

    Issue:

“I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is
    [Mod Removed]

The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
