my xbox and computer refuse accept code that came with preordered fallout 4 box.

Problem is I contacted Microsoft and I received new code, but again it doesn't work.

So what do I do know? apparently issue with regions.

• Issue:

If you don't live in an xbox live region there is no solution

 

If it's 8015017 then you must match you're account region toyour actual region by going to account then change your region using the region migration tool

If you're don't live in an xbox live region it won't work

 

but I do have it in correct region, I did buy the game in correct region. it just simply your website is not good.

I do manage to log in. I can go to see my game progress, gamertag etc. But when I click xbox settings, microsoft live,
