Fallout 4 (Fallout 3 included for Free)

So i bought today Fallout 4 from a Game - pc shop in Greece.

I ve tried to enter the fallout 3 redeem code through xbox one and this error code poped up Xbos-0x80150017 7a540e8c-36d6-46b7-81ee-1bd9d16b6c6d

So ive tried to enter the code through the xbox one page same error again.

So i ve opened a case and they told me that the code that i use is a uk region code. I bought it though from Greece.

Afrer a lot of tries going back and forth in different countries US Greece Uk adding the code they suggest me to post here and a game moderator wil help me.

I bought this game for the reason that had Fallout 3.

So any help ?

Missing Fallout 3 code

I bought fallout 4 (physical copy). On the box I states free fallout 3 included and the game hub says fallout 3 free to those who buy fallout 4 all thru till Feb. So,my copy didn't have a code inside or ny leaflets etc. Has some one any idea if or hen I
get this code?

Your account region must match the region your physically located in. Additionally the codes we send out are universal, not region specific. If your account region is set to a different region than Greece, you will need to migrate your region to Greece.
