Fallout 4 doesn't lauch after installing mods, How to fix?

Im not able to do that since i play trough cloud gaming on android

Remove the mods, and the game should work fine. The in game mod downloader does state that the game may not work as expected while using mods.

This problem only happens after installing Ultra Graphics PC Mode on Fallout 4, and when I disable it, the console fan is silent in the game, but Fallout game graphics are low without that mod, and I like us ultra graphics mod

Because the game mod downloader is an APK for Android systems and sometimes there may be compatibility issues between it and your system.

Try running the game on another platform to see if it works, if you can run the game then there is a problem with the APK running on your phone.
