Fallout 4 (disc) only keeping last 4 saves?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If your game data already sync and your old save files are still not showing up it means that they're no longer on your cloud saves. I apologize.

Kindly try to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix the issue.

Also, check if you're having an issue with other games. If yes, perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps to remove any corrupted system data.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Is there any way to stop it from happening in the future though? I can live without the past saves - though it is a disappointment. But the issue is continuing to happen - only four saves are retained.

(I suppose also the next Elder Scrolls single player but I don't expect that for quite some years now).

Oh, and I would say The Last of Us 2 but I bet they are only even discussing if they are going to do one at this point.

Fallout 4 launched just fine...without needing to go into Offline mode. Yet GTA V when just going into story mode...the message keeps poppin up. Fallout 4 is on disc and GTA V is downloaded.
