Fallout 4 Animations/Notifications Bug

I'll start by saying my game IS modded BUT I don't have any mods that should cause this problem. One of the problems I have is whenever I kill an enemy with a lazer weapon, instead of disintegrating like normal, there is a delay for about 10 seconds,
then they disintegrate with both a pile of ashes AND their original body as separate objects. Another problem is that when the notification for water or food or whatever appears and I counter the effect, it takes anywhere between 20-60 seconds to take effect.
There are more but I'll just leave it at this for now. Any help is appreciated

I agree bring on Fallout 4. With as few bugs and glitches as possible.

 

Did not receive Fallout 3 code

purchased fallout 4 on Dec. 6th, 2015. was suppose to get fallout 3 code with purchase but never received it. Please verify my account and send me the fallout 3 code the soonest time possible. An email notification is much appreciated. Thanks.

The first thing I would advise doing is to hard reset the console by going into setting on the left and selecting restart console.

Second thing to try is to turn off all mods running and see if the problem carries on.

If these items do not fix your issue I would next try and uninstall an re install the game.

 

Like gds1972 said uninstall the mods. Now there's a chance you could have your mods out of order for how they're loaded, or the creator of the mod updated it and you don't have the current build free of said bugs. So check for updates on the mods, if that
doesn't work change the order of the mods, if that doesn't work uninstall all the mods, close the game and restart it. Then do a power cycle if still not work. Now if none of that works, then you will need to uninstall the game then reinstall it and run the
game normally without mods and see if the problem is fixed.

 

Thanks so much! It was the mod "Unlocking Violence" when you unlock doors with melee. Beware of using it.
