Fallout 4 4k hud/ screen off center

I have an LG 32" 4k hdr monitor and trying to play Fallout 4. The problem im having is I can either go windowed and just have a box on my screen and 2k res or I can go full screen and it boxes itself in the corner. Or if I play with the setting it goes full fullscreen in 4k but the entire hud/ cross hair is off to the left by a good amount. Is there anyway to get this game to scale correctly?

Xeon x3460 with a slight overclock

16gb ddr3

Gtx970 ssc overclocked

Fallout 4 on ultra settings

I found a solution. The Scaling settings in display settings have to be at 100% at 4K. They cant be at the 125% that windows recommends or it throws everything off.

the problem here is the game can run in 4k but you need to adjust the ini file for the launcher, but as its a gamepass game and this one is under the encrypted folder you cannot adjust it.

where as from bethesda launcher and steam you can.

there is no other way around it if you want to run 4k.

I have tested some mods and yes, it works 4K 60 Hz.

The strange thing is that Bethesda has done a good job with skyrim : it works 4K 60 Hz, but..... couldn't do the same on Fallout 4.... strange... but it's possible to do the same on Fallout 4, with mods !!!
