Fallout 3 Promo Code Message Was Auto-Deleted

I was waiting to redeem the code until I wanted to play Fallout 3, but I did not know that messages were deleted after 30 days. Resending the message would fix the issue for me. I talked with a customer support member who referred me here. Here is the reference
number for the case: [mod removed].

• Other: Message with code auto deleted from my message center.
