    Fallout 3 preorder promotion game code not received


    hi i preordered fallout 4 on november 8th. The preorder description stated that i would receive the code via message center in 7-10 days but it's been 12 but i haven't gotten it. If i could get some help i would really appreciate it. thank you.

      • Spoke with 2 Xbox service rep.s (both of which verified my purchase) and a Microsoft service rep before being directed to this forum board.
      • Two promotions in effect during the time of my preorder.
        • Free digital copy of Fallout 3 (no code received)
        • Gift Card (no code received)

    Fallout 4 Preorder didn't give Fallout 3

      • Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
      • Date of purchase: “November 6, 2015”
      Issue: I haven't received my fallout 3 code even though I digitally preordered Fallout 4. I did preorder it though gamestop but it was digitally preorded not a physical copy so I don't know if the code for fallout 3 was on the receipt.
